The shareholders of UEM Edgenta Berhad (“UEM Edgenta” or “the Company”), at the 61st Annual General Meeting held on 4 June 2024, had granted their approval for the Company and its subsidiary companies (“UEM Edgenta Group”) to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature, which are necessary for its day-to-day operations and are in the ordinary course of business in order to comply with Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”). UEM Edgenta is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. PLUS Malaysia is a 51% subsidiary of UEMG. Datuk Amran Hafiz Affifudin is a director of UEM Edgenta and PLUS Malaysia.
