BOARD COMPOSITION ENSURING THE RIGHT COMPOSITION The Board believes that a diverse and inclusive Board will leverage the differences of its members to perform at its optimum level as a whole. Therefore, the NRC and Board review the composition of the board annually, considering the board size, tenure and expertise of each member, and gender diversity. As at 31 December 2024, the Board consists of ten (10) members, including an Independent Non-Executive Chairman, one (1) Executive Director, three (3) Non-Independent Non-Executive Directors and five (5) Independent Non-Executive Directors.
