He is currently a controlling shareholder and director at AnNedjma Capital Sdn Bhd (AnNedjma Capital) and Arcadia Acres Sdn Bhd, a major shareholder of the Company. Additionally, through AnNedjma Capital and his capacity, he invests in various sectors, including oil and gas, modern agriculture and market research. He began his career in the semiconductor industry as a financial and cost analyst with Motorola Semiconductor Sdn Bhd for eight years. He transitioned to the financial sector as a dealer representative and capital market advisor. In this role, he provided advisory and consultancy services for corporate exercises, including fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and investments across various industries and countries. His extensive expertise and broad knowledge in managing domestic and foreign capital markets, particularly in the semiconductor and agriculture sectors, have led him to hold various shareholdings and serve on the boards of private and publicly listed companies.
