FY2024 saw continued investment in specialised roles across cloud, semiconductor and digital system delivery, particularly in areas where skilled talent remains limited. We emphasised upskilling, retention and a culture of ownership to support long-term agility and innovation across the Group. Governance and Excellence Governance remained a core enabler of execution discipline and stakeholder confidence. During the year, we reinforced internal controls, advanced compliance readiness and responded proactively to emerging regulatory changes across key jurisdictions. This included preparations to meet new requirements under Bursa Malaysia, which will mandate all listed companies to conduct physical or hybrid Annual General Meetings starting 1 March 2025 - a move aimed at enhancing shareholder engagement and accessibility. The Group maintains a strong corporate governance framework, supported by a diverse and independent Board, structured committee oversight and a Code of Conduct that promotes ethical conduct across all operations. Our alignment with new ESG disclosure standards, together with responsible capital reallocation in response to tax policy shifts, underscored our commitment to transparency, fiscal discipline and accountable leadership. Customer Centricity We continued to align our offerings with the evolving needs of our customers, particularly in high-impact, highly regulated sectors. This involved enhancing solution relevance, deepening integration with client ecosystems and embedding digital responsiveness across service lines. Across our business units, the focus remained on creating seamless, secure and scalable experiences - whether for enterprise, government, or consumer-facing environments - reinforcing our position as a trusted long-term partner.
