SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT ABOUT DNeX Established in 1970, Dagang NeXchange Berhad (“DNeX”) is a diversified investment holding company headquartered at Cyberjaya in Selangor, Malaysia. The Group operates in three divisions: Technology, Energy and Information Technology (“IT”). The Technology division is involved in the manufacturing of semiconductors for global technology players. The Energy division is engaged in upstream oil and gas exploration and production as well as equipment supply and maintenance services. Meanwhile, the IT division provides eServices for Trade Facilitation, Technology Consulting and Systems Integration, as well as Subsea Telecommunications services. Across its business divisions, the Group maintains a total of 16 branches across four countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the United Kingdom (“UK”)).
