ABOUT THI S STATEMENT This statement has been prepared to share how we address matters that are material to our business, as well as our key stakeholders with regards to ESG matters. Unless otherwise stated, it outlines the relevant Sustainability initiatives and achievement of the DNeX Group of Companies for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 (“FY2022”), as well as our Sustainability plans moving forward. Quantitative information for relevant sustainability indicators is disclosed for three years wherever possible. The last Sustainability Statement published was in October 2021 in our Annual Report 2020/2021, covering 18-month period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2021. There have been no identified misstatements from the previous Sustainability Statement published. This statement has been prepared with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (“GRI”) Sustainability Reporting Standards and in line with the Reporting Principles as defined within the GRI Standards: • Stakeholder inclusiveness – Capturing stakeholders’ expectations and concerns; • Sustainability performance – Presenting key performance indicators within the wider context of sustainability; • Material matters – Prioritising key sustainability issues most relevant to the Group; and • Completeness – Reporting all sustainability topics which are relevant to the Group and may influence our stakeholders As we move forward, we aspire to also align our Sustainability Reporting with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (“TCFD”) recommendations. In line with our efforts to support the United Nations (“UN”) Sustainable Development Goals (“SDGs”), where relevant, we have linked our Sustainability initiatives to the relevant SDGs. To our best endeavour, we adhere to the principles of Timeliness, Comparability and Accuracy. Moving forward, we aim to improve and embrace any additional reporting principles outlined by GRI to achieve high-quality Sustainability reporting. In our effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information, data and statistics provided in this statement, we have placed appropriate internal controls and verification processes. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we seek to consider third-part assurance on the statement in the future.
