Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Engagement The Group acknowledges its responsibility as a corporate citizen and is committed to making a positive impact on society through various environmental and social initiatives. At Destini, we believe that volunteerism cultivates empathy, compassion, and a spirit of care among both employees and the wider community. To this end, we actively encourage our employees to contribute their time and skills to charitable and community activities by allowing them the flexibility to participate in such initiatives during working hours. From time to time, the Group has made contributions and donations to a variety of charitable organisations, with the aim of supporting initiatives in two key areas: • C harity and Welfare Programmes – Funding and promoting initiatives that improve socio-economic conditions, particularly for underprivileged communities and former servicemen who have dedicated their service to the nation’s armed forces. • E nvironmental Activities – Supporting programmes that raise awareness of the importance of environmental conservation while enhancing community engagement in sustainability initiatives. In addition, Destini has long recognised the valuable contributions of ex-servicemen from the Air Force, Navy, and Army. Since the commencement of our operations, we have remained committed to providing employment opportunities for these individuals, ensuring their wealth of experience, skills, and discipline continues to benefit both the Group and society. This initiative has provided retirees with greater income stability, improved living standards, and enhanced quality of life, while also strengthening our workforce with their expertise. Destini’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes are designed to support communities through a variety of avenues, including: • F inancial assistance to non-profit organisations, schools, and charitable bodies. Destini signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mataqu on 12 March 2025 to provide financial support for 20 students from low income families. • P articipation in community service events that contribute to local development. • I nitiatives that promote inclusivity, education, and environmental stewardship.
