SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT In line with national requirements and global best practices, Destini continues to implement precautionary measures to protect employees from health-related risks, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and Influenza Virus. Despite the evolving situation and the emergence of new variants in Malaysia, the Management remains vigilant and proactive in mitigating risks by enforcing compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) issued by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the National Security Council (NSC). Key preventive measures include: • R egular sanitisation of all office premises, including immediate sanitisation following any confirmed COVID-19 cases; • E ncouraging employees to wear face masks within office premises, particularly when symptomatic; • C onducting virtual meetings and discussions to minimise in-person interactions; • P romoting employee vaccination and booster uptake; and • R educing physical contact as much as practicable across operations. Through these initiatives, the Group remains steadfast in maintaining a safe, healthy, and resilient workplace environment while ensuring business continuity and safeguarding the interests of all stakeholders. Human Capital Development and Employee Engagement At Destini, we recognise that our employees are our greatest assets. As such, we remain committed to nurturing and empowering our workforce to realise their full potential. Through continuous training and development programmes, we aim to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively while supporting their personal and professional growth. Our workforce is composed of individuals with diverse experiences and industry expertise. Building organisational capability is a priority, and we achieve this by providing targeted development opportunities and embedding succession planning to strengthen our leadership pipeline. In ensuring long-term sustainability, we continuously invest in attracting, engaging, developing, and rewarding our talent base. Furthermore, we are committed to fostering inclusivity and respect by valuing diversity across age, gender, ethnicity, religion, education, and national origin. As at 30 June 2025, Destini employed a total of 382 employees (2024: 396 employees), comprising 17.28 % female employees (2024: 17.93%) and 82.72% male employees (2024: 82.07%). Our workforce demographics consist of 90.84% Bumiputera, 2.09% Chinese, 2.09% Indian, and 4.97% other ethnicities, reflecting our continued commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Employee engagement remains central to our corporate culture, as we believe engaged employees are motivated employees who contribute to the creation of long-term value. The Group regularly connects with its workforce through a variety of initiatives, including birthday celebrations, festive gatherings, and employee recognition programmes.
