SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT Looking ahead, the Group will continue to strengthen its market position by expanding its customer base and pursuing strategic revenue growth initiatives. Resources will be allocated prudently to enhance and expand its core businesses, while diversification opportunities will also be considered to drive long-term sustainability, improve financial performance, and deliver greater value to shareholders. Suppliers The Group recognises that efficient and seamless operations are highly dependent on the support of reliable suppliers and vendors. Throughout our operating history, we have established structured procurement practices that are fair, transparent, and consistent, enabling suppliers to engage with us impartially while meeting the Group’s operational requirements. Our procurement function provides strategic direction and guidance to a network of procurement specialists. We adopt a holistic approach to value creation by reducing supply chain costs, streamlining transactional processes, fostering long-term supplier relationships, and ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This approach not only enhances operational efficiency but also ensures that sustainable, fit-forpurpose solutions are embedded within the supply chain. Central to this vision is a commitment to procurement excellence through operational effectiveness, crossfunctional collaboration, and accountability in cost management. All procurement activities are governed by documented procedures in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. This ensures that suppliers meet the Group’s specifications and production requirements while upholding quality, safety and compliance. To maintain accountability and compliance, supplier performance is evaluated biannually based on key criteria including product and service quality, pricing competitiveness, delivery reliability, and adherence to product safety requirements. Through these measurements, the Group ensures that its procurement practices not only support operational continuity but also reinforce sustainability, transparency, and shared value creation across its supply chain.
