As part of the Group’s strategic advancement in FY2026, Destini has implemented the Balanced Scorecard framework to drive performance excellence across all levels of the organisation. This framework aligns corporate objectives with measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that extend beyond financial results, encompassing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, innovation, and employee development.
