Having built a resilient and diversified foundation, the Group is well-positioned to capitalise on emerging opportunities while maintaining financial prudence and operational excellence. Our focus will remain on ensuring the timely execution of contracts to secure predictable and recurring revenue streams, continuing our cost optimisation and financial discipline initiatives to strengthen margins and cash flow, and capitalising on renewable energy opportunities in support of Malaysia’s energy transition agenda. In parallel, the Group will pursue selective investments and divestments to unlock long-term shareholder value and enhance portfolio resilience. We are optimistic about achieving double-digit earnings growth in FY2026 and beyond, driven by our expanded rail MRO capabilities. This optimism is guided by the Government’s plan to increase the rail network utilisation from current 30% to 80% by the year 2030. Destini is no longer merely a turnaround story, it is a scalable growth platform offering compelling value.
