ABOUT THIS REPORT OVERVIEW BASIS OF THIS REPORT We are pleased to present Destini Berhad’s 2025 Annual Report, in which we have adopted the International Framework as issued by the IFRS Foundation in January 2023. This report illustrates our commitment to good governance and transparency and also includes discussions surrounding sustainability and outlook to give our shareholders and stakeholders insights into our short-term and long-term plans. This report provides insights on the Group, its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates’ activities and performance during the period of 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. It also includes any material events that occurred after this date and up to the date of this report’s publication.
