OVERVIEW 2025 JANUARY • On 20 January 2025, M Rail Technics Sdn. Bhd. held a Handover Ceremony for the ETS Class 93 train set. The ceremony was officiated by the Minister of Transport, YB Tuan Loke Siew Fook, and attended by representatives from the Ministry and Destini Group. The event marked the successful completion and delivery of the ETS Class 93 train set to the Ministry of Transport Malaysia. • Destini Oil Services Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Destini, accepted a Letter of Award from EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd on 24 January 2025 for the Provision of Tubular Running Services for EnQuest. The value of the contract is approximately RM10 million. APRIL Destini Oil Services Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Destini, accepted a Letter of Award from Hibiscus Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited on 25 April 2025 for the Provision of Tubular Handling Equipment and Services for PM3-CAA. MAY The Private Placement Exercise was completed on 21 May 2025, with 49,905,941 Placement Shares listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. JUNE • Trovon Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., an indirect subsidiary of Destini, entered into two Sub-Contractor for Supply of Parts Agreements with SMH Rail Sdn. Bhd. on 3 June 2025 to undertake the overhauls of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Brake Caliper Equipment fitted to 58 Inspiro platform electric trainsets operating on the MRT Line 1 (Sungai Buloh–Kajang Line). • M Rail Technics Sdn. Bhd., a 70%-owned subsidiary of Destini, accepted a Letter of Award from the Ministry of Transport Malaysia on 26 June 2025 for the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (Level 3) of nine (9) Electric Train Sets Class 93/2.
