Employees’ Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”) The Company has established an ESOS of not more than 15% of the issued share capital of the Company at the point of time throughout the duration of the scheme to eligible Directors and employees of the Group, which was approved by shareholders as an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 10 February 2014. The ESOS became effective for a period of five (5) years from 17 April 2014 to 16 April 2019. The salient features and terms of the ESOS, details of share options exercised or lapsed during the financial year and outstanding at the end of the financial year are disclosed in Note 23 to the financial statements.
