Income distribution (Cont’d) The Manager had declared a final income distribution of 0.70 (2024: 0.23) sen per unit totaling RM4,060,000 (2024: RM1,334,000) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 on 27 January 2026 (2024: 24 January 2025). The financial statements for the current year do not reflect this final income distribution. Such income distribution will be accounted for in equity as an appropriation of profits in the financial year ending 31 December 2026. The total distributions (including proposed final income distribution) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 amounting to RM12,759,910 (2024: RM4,059,739. Total income distribution is 2.20 (2024: 0.70) sen per unit.
