Sustainability Governance and Climate Oversight The Committee continued to oversee sustainability governance arrangements and the integration of ESG considerations into strategy and risk management. Climate-related risks and asset resilience remained areas of ongoing focus. CONCLUSION The Committee is satisfied that sustainability matters were appropriately overseen during the financial year. The Committee remains committed to supporting the Board in advancing the sustainability agenda and long-term value creation of Al-Salām REIT.
