Board of Directors Profile 23 ANNUAL REPORT 2019 AL-SALĀM REIT • bin Abdul Satar Dato’ Amiruddin Malaysian, Male aged 56 Non-Independent Non-Executive Director Working Experience He is the President & Managing Director of KPJ Healthcare Berhad since 1 January 2013. He is also the Malaysia Advisory Committee Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He gained significant experience in finance and management of several large and reputable organisations in the country. He contributes actively in the development of the Malaysian healthcare sector through his involvement with the Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia (APHM) as the Vice President.
