Since the date of the previous inancial year, no Director of the Manager has received or become entitled to receive any beneit (other than beneits which accrue from the fee paid to the Manager or from transactions made with companies related to the Manager) by reason of a contract made by the Manager or the Fund or a related corporation with any Director or with a irm of which the Director is a member, or with a company in which the Director has a substantial inancial interest.
