PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Under current lease agreement, all KPJ hospitals’ supply chain decisions and property expenditures are borne by the tenant – the tenants will engage with contractors or service providers directly. A representative from DRMSB is required to be present in the Procurement / Tender Committee and during the interview with potential vendors to ensure compliance to internal and regulatory policies.
