This decrease in consumption can be attributed to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic, which led to the implementation of a WFH environment. Consequently, only a portion of the workforce were physically present in the office at any given time, resulting in reduced energy usage. Simultaneously, as indicated in TABLE 11 above, there was a net reduction in staff size by 15 individuals.
