OTHER BORROWINGS (a) The other borrowings relates to trade and working capital credit facilities of the Group that are secured by: (i) corporate guarantees from the Company as disclosed in Note 36 to the financial statements; (ii) fresh negative pledge over the assets of a subsidiary; (iii) pledge of fixed deposits as disclosed in Note 16(c) to the financial statements; and (iv) pledge of inventory as disclosed in Note 12(f) to the financial statements.
