BANK OVERDRAFTS The bank overdrafts of the Group and of the Company are secured by the following: (a) first party pledge of fixed deposits equivalent to one (1) to twelve (12) months’ interest servicing on the facility (Note 16(c)); and (b) guaranteed by way of corporate guarantee by the Group.
