PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The Company is principally engaged in property investment, investment holding, management services activities and sale of completed properties. The principal activities and details of the subsidiaries are disclosed in Note 7 to the financial statements. There have been no significant changes in the nature of these activities during the financial year except for those disclosed in Note 7 to the financial statements. The dividend was paid on 17 May 2019. On 29 April 2020, the Board of Directors has declared an interim single tier dividend of 1.25 sen per share in respect of financial year ended 31 March 2020 amounting to RM1.69 million which is recognised in financial year ending 31 March 2021. The dividend was paid on 29 May 2020. The Board of Directors does not recommend the payment of any final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2020. RESERVES AND PROVISIONS There were no material transfers to or from reserves or provisions during the financial year, other than those disclosed in the financial statements. ISSUE OF SHARES AND DEBENTURES The Company did not issue any new shares or debentures during the financial year. DIRECTORS’ REPORT
