(b) The impairment losses of the Group and of the Company amounting to RM7,846,000 and RM7,238,000 respectively are as a result of writing down the investment properties and investment assets to fair value less costs to sell. (c) The asset sales is completed during the financial year as set out in Notes 43(a).
