PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The Company is principally engaged in property investment, investment holding and management services activities. The principal activities of the subsidiaries are set out in Note 6 to the financial statements. There have been no significant changes in the nature of these activities during the financial year except for those disclosed in Note 6 to the financial statements. SUBSIDIARIES The details of the subsidiaries are set out in Note 6 to the financial statements. On 30 May 2018, the Board of Directors declared a first interim single-tier dividend of 4.5 sen per share in respect of financial year ended 31 March 2018 amounting to RM6,071,000. The Board of Directors does not recommend the payment of any final dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2018. RESERVES AND PROVISIONS There were no material transfers to or from reserves or provisions during the financial year other than those disclosed in the financial statements. DIRECTORS’ REPORT
