Directors’ Remuneration BIMB’s remuneration package promotes the achievement of strategic objectives within the ambient of BIMB’s cultural components, risk appetite and regulatory compliance. The remuneration structure allows BIMB to attract, motivate and retain high-calibre talent. The design of our fees architecture complies with regulatory requirements and embraces market practices and trends. The Board has established a formal and transparent Directors’ Remuneration Framework comprising Directors’ fees, sitting fees and benefits-in-kind. A review of the Directors’ remuneration is carried out every three (3) years to ensure that it remains relevant and competitive with the industry.
