Reference is made to the SGP which was implemented by the Company on 22 June 2023.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce the following grant of an award of ordinary shares of the Company ("Award Shares") to eligible employees pursuant to the SGP.
