Global Transit International Sdn Bhd ("GTI") has distributed 22,323,310 TIME dotCom Berhad ("TDC") ordinary shares ("TDC Shares") via a dividend-in-specie ("DIS") to its sole shareholder, Megawisra Sdn Bhd ("MSB"). In turn, MSB has distributed 22,323,310 TDC Shares via a DIS to its sole shareholder, Megawisra Investments Limited ("MIL"). Thereafter, MIL has distributed 22,323,310 TDC Shares via a DIS to one of its shareholders.

This transaction forms part of and follows on to complete the transfer of shares from the earlier DIS of TDC Shares made by MIL to two of its shareholders on 11 July 2025.
