Circumstances by reason of which change has occurred	Global Transit International Sdn Bhd (GTI) distributed 200,909,792 TIME dotCom Berhad (TDC) ordinary shares (TDC Shares) via a partial dividend-in-specie (DIS) to its sole shareholder Megawisra Sdn Bhd (MSB). In turn, MSB distributed 200,909,792 TDC Shares via a DIS to its sole shareholder Megawisra Investments Limited (MIL). In turn, MIL distributed 200,909,792 TDC Shares via a DIS to 2 of its shareholders, Afzal Abdul Rahim (Afzal) and Patrick Corso (Patrick). Pursuant to the DIS, Afzal received 167,424,827 TDC Shares and Patrick received 33,484,965 TDC Shares. The collective interest of GTI, MSB, MIL, Afzal and Patrick in TDC remains unchanged. This transaction follows the DIS of TDC Shares made by Pulau Kapas Ventures Sdn Bhd (PKV) to its shareholders, GTI and Khazanah Nasional Bhd, announced on 21 April 2025.
