Circumstances by reason of which change has occurred 
Pulau Kapas Ventures Sdn Bhd ("PKV") has distributed 278,413,846 TIME dotCom Berhad ("TDC") ordinary shares via a partial dividend-in-specie ("DIS") to its two shareholders, Global Transit International Sdn Bhd ("GTI") and Khazanah Nasional Berhad ("KNB"). 

Pursuant to the DIS, GTI has received 223,233,102 TDC ordinary shares and KNB has received 55,180,744 TDC ordinary shares.

This is part of a shareholding rationalisation that was planned and previously announced by PKV's shareholders on 10 October 2023.

Pursuant to this specific transaction the collective interest of PKV, GTI and KNB in TDC remains unchanged.
