Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of GHL wishes to announce that GHL Asia Pacific, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GHL, had on 10 November 2018 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Myanmar, namely GHL Myanmar Limited (“GHL Myanmar”). The registered share capital of GHL Myanmar is USD100 consisting of 1 share. The Certificate of Incorporation was received on 12 November 2018.

The incorporation of GHL Myanmar will not have any material effect on the share capital, shareholding structure, net assets and earnings of GHL for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.

Save for Mr Loh Wee Hian being the common Director of GHL and GHL Myanmar, none of the other directors and/or major shareholders of GHL or persons connected to the directors and/or major shareholders of GHL have any interest, direct or indirect in the said incorporation.
