The Board of Directors of GHL wishes to announce that e-pay Thailand, a 49.50% owned subsidiary of e-pay (M), a wholly-owned subsidiary of GHL, had been struck-off by the registrar of Thailand on 28 February 2011 (“the Striking Off”). 

e-pay Thailand was incorporated in Thailand on 1 May 2002 and became dormant since 2005.

The Striking Off of e-pay Thailand does not have any financial or operational effects on GHL Group.

None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Striking Off.
