PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF GHL ("PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

This announcement is dated 23 May 2018.

 

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 14 May 2018 and 17 May 2018 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Earlier Announcements”).  Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board of GHL, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had via its letter dated 23 May 2018, granted its approval on the listing of up to 65,876,639 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to the following conditions:-

 

  1. GHL and AmInvestment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;
  2. GHL and AmInvestment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and
  3. GHL to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
