The Board of Directors of GHL Systems Berhad (“GHL” or “the Company”) is pleased to inform that Mobiepay Sdn Bhd (Company No. 737987-P), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 2 February 2018 acquired 100% equity interest  in DIGITAL SALUTE SDN BHD (COMPANY NO. 1262824-H) (“DSSB”) comprising 1 ordinary share for a total cash consideration of RM2 (“Acquisition”), rendering DSSB to be a wholly-owned sub-subsidiary of the Company. 

INFORMATION OF DSSB

DSSB is a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016 on 8 January 2018. The principal activity of DSSB will be to carry on distribution and sale of digital products and services.

The Acquisition will not have any material effect on the share capital, shareholding structure,  net assets and earnings of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.

None of the Directors, Substantial Shareholders and/or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the Acquisition.
