- PROPOSED TERMINATION OF THE EXISTING EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")("PROPOSED TERMINATION")

 

Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcement on 28 November 2017.

 

The Board of Directors of Ni Hsin wishes to announce the following additional information in respect of the Proposed Termination:

 

1. The exercise price of the ESOS Options is RM0.29 per Ni Hsin share. Based on the closing market price of Ni Hsin’s shares on 27 November 2017 of RM0.26, the ESOS Options are currently out-of-the-money;

 

2. the Company is deliberating on alternative ways to reward the employees and Directors of Ni Hsin Group; and

 

3. the Company has obtained the consent of all grantees under the existing ESOS in respect of the Proposed Termination.
