The Company wishes to announce that MY EG Lodging Sdn. Bhd., a 55% subsidiary of MY EG Sdn. Bhd., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had on 28 June 2017, incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary known as Mydigitalcoin Sdn. Bhd. (“MYDC”) under the Companies Act 2016.

The intended principal activity of MYDC is investment holdings.

The above incorporation does not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company and has no material effect on the earnings and net assets of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 30 June 2017.

None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company, or persons connected to such director and/or substantial shareholder has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation.
