On behalf of the Board of Directors of EFORCE, RHBIB wishes to announce that the Share Split has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 413,731,950 Split Shares and 103,286,156 Additional Warrants arising from the adjustments made in accordance with the provisions under the deed poll constituting the warrants 2014/2019 dated 1 July 2014 consequential to the Share Split, on the Main Market of Bursa Securities today.
