Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein has the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 17 April 2017 in relation to the Share Split.

We refer to our announcements dated 17 April 2017, 20 April 2017 and 2 June 2017 in relation to the Share Split.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of EFORCE, RHBIB wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date as at 5.00 p.m. on 20 June 2017 (“Entitlement Date”) for the Share Split:

1. 206,865,975 ordinary shares in EFORCE will be subdivided into 413,731,950 Split Shares pursuant to the Share Split; and
2. 103,286,156 Additional Warrants will be issued pursuant to the Share Split.

The Split Shares and Additional Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 21 June 2017, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
