The announcement made by MYEG on 25 February 2015 refers. Unless otherwise stated all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as stated in the announcement.

The Board of Directors of MYEG wishes to announce that the High Court had on 13 June 2017 made the following decisions:

i)The Plaintiff’s claim was dismissed;

ii)The Defendants’ counterclaim was allowed. The Plaintiff’s patent was held to be invalid and therefore, revoked;

iii)The Plaintiff shall pay a cost amounting to RM100,000.00; and

iv)The Plaintiff has 30 days from 13 June 2017 to lodge an appeal against the decision to the Court of Appeal.
