SCC Holding Berhad ("SCC" or the "Company") wishes to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of SCC held today, all the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of EGM dated 8 May 2017, were duly passed by the shareholders of SCC.
The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Sharepolls Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose.
