SCC Holdings Berhad ("SCC" or the "Company") wishes to announce that at the 17th Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM") of SCC held today, all the Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of 17th AGM dated 28 April 2017, were duly passed by the shareholders of SCC.
The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried out by way of a poll and the results were validated by Sharepolls Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed for the purpose.
