UEM Edgenta Berhad (the "Company") hereby announces that at its 54th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, the shareholders has approved all the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 26 April 2017.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
