The Board of Directors of Deleum Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Twelfth Annual General Meeting of the Company dated 26 April 2017 and tabled at the said Annual General Meeting held on 18 May 2017 were duly passed by poll. The results of the poll are set out in the attachment below.
The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll results have been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd. |
