The Board of Directors of Excel Force MSC Berhad (“EFORCE” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company has on 10th April 2017 received a Notice of Nomination from Asia Internet Holdings Sdn. Bhd., a major shareholder of the Company, nominating Messrs. UHY as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2017 in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs. BDO.

The Audit Committee and Board of Directors of EFORCE have on 18th April 2017 deliberated and would put forward the proposed ordinary resolution at the forthcoming Fifteenth Annual General Meeting:-

“THAT Messrs. UHY, having consent to act, be and are hereby appointed as Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs. BDO, and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, at a remuneration to be determined by the Board of Directors”.

The Proposed Change of Auditors is subject to the approval from the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Fifteenth Annual General Meeting.
