We refer to the media article entitled “KUMPULAN H&L TO DISPOSE LAND" published on page 6 of Focus Malaysia in respect of publication period 15 to 21 April 2017 (“the Article"), in particular, the following statement:

“Kumpulan H & L High-Tech Berhad is looking to dispose of two parcels measuring 0.83 ha in total in Sungai Buloh, Selangor as part of its plans to monetise assets. A source says the company is actively seeking buyers for the land that is occupied by the company's factories, warehouse and office."

Pursuant to Paragraphs 9.09(1) and 9.10(1) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Main Market Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to clarify that the above mentioned statement is incorrect and it has no intention to dispose of the above mentioned two parcels of land located at Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
