The Board of Directors of Kumpulan H & L High-Tech Berhad (the "Company") is pleased to propose a final single tier dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 October 2016 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Company's Twenty-Second Annual General Meetig.

The proposed entitlement and payment dates for the final dividend shall be determind at a later date and announced accordingly.
