We refer to the announcement dated 13 June 2016 in relation to the Offer of Options under the ESOS.
The Board of Directors of NI HSIN wishes to announce that, following the resignation of Mr Hsiao Tung Min as Executive Director of the Company on 1 December 2016, the options of shares of 2,500,000 offered to Mr Hsiao Tung Min on 13 June 2016 are no longer valid.
In relation thereto, the share options of Mr Hsiao Tung Min would be offered to other eligible persons.
