Introduction

The Board of Directors of GHL Systems Berhad (“GHL”) had agreed to commence the deregistration of e-pay Asia Pty Ltd (“e-pay Asia”), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of GHL from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission with effect from 30 November 2016.

Information of e-Pay Asia

e-pay Asia was incorporated in Australia on 18 October 1999. The Paid-up share capital is AUD93,432,552.62. e-pay Asia had not been involved in any business activity since February 2014.

Rationale of Deregistration
 

e-pay Asia has been dormant, the deregistration will enable GHL to avoid incurring future administrative costs of maintaining e-pay Asia.

Effects of Deregistration

The deregistration of e-pay Asia will not have any financial effect on the GHL Group.
