The Company refers to its announcements made on 4 December 2012, 4 March 2013, 4 June 2013, 3 December 2013, 3 June 2014 and 3 December 2014 in respect of the Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) between its wholly-owned subsidiary, UEM Land and CHPL (“Parties”) to co-operate in the development of China Mall, a trade and exhibition centre in Gerbang Nusajaya, Nusajaya (“China Mall” or the “Project”).

The Company wishes to announce that UEM Land has, on 27 May 2015, communicated to CHPL that it wishes to terminate the MOU on the basis that both Parties have not been able to make any significant headway for the Project.
