EARNINGS PER ORDINARY SHARE (cont’d) (b) Diluted earnings per ordinary share The diluted earnings per ordinary share is same as the basic earnings per share because the effect of the assumed conversion of warrants outstanding will be anti-dilutive and the Company has no other dilutive potential ordinary share in issue as at the end of the reporting period. 27.
